Jeannette Patricia Mcgibboney

Jeannette McGibboney was born of Charles Lewis and Estelle Youngblood in Newark, New Jersey in 1948. She graduated from Brandywine High in Coatesville, Pennsylvania and received a Nursing Degree from the Essex County College in Newark, New Jersey in 1983. She leaves as her legacy (4) children: Larnette, Stephanie, James, and Howard McGibboney. She also leaves to cherish her memory (15) grandchildren: Lamar, Jay, Shanae, Stephon, Ahjournette, Eyonnie, Mecca, Seven, Daevon, Jaquan, Gabrielle, Quinn, Howard Jr, Nefertiti, and Tyjane. (8) great-grandchildren: Imani, Stephon Jr, Suhyla, Egypt, Jordan, Amari, and Chance. Everyone will remember her as a humble, compassionate and dedicated supporter to all family and friends. Jeannette was retired Licensed Practical Nurse until she retired in 2003. She was an sketching artist and received a full scholarship to The Art Institute Of Philadelphia for art and design. She loved to read and dance, a true embodiment of “work hard, play hard”.
