Greggory Bernard Jackson Sr.

Greggory Bernard Jackson Sr. son of the late Anderson Jackson Jr. and Mary Elizabeth (Daniels) Jackson was born in Newark, New Jersey on November 26, 1972.

Greggory B. Jackson gave his life to Christ at an early age and started his journey with Christ at a very young age. He was baptized and was a member of W.E.P.T. Ministry, Plainfield New Jersey.

He grew up in Plainfield, NJ where he attended the Plainfield Public Schools System. He also attended Timothy Christian School in Piscataway, NJ. Gregg graduated from Plainfield High School in 1990. He attended Saint Peter's college where he completed his Associate's Degree in Public Policy.

Gregg served the City of Plainfield as a Chief Code Enforcement Officer for 30 years.

Gregg loved to laugh and was always there to crack a witty joke. He greatly enjoyed spending time with family. He had a passion for helping others in any way he could.

His hobbies included a vast love for making and listening to rap music, vacationing with family, video games, and watching his favorite football team the Oakland Raiders.

Gregg was preceded in death by his father Anderson Jackson Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memories his mother Rev. Dr. Mary E Daniels Jackson, children Trinyah M. Jackson, Taliah M. Jackson, Greggory B Jackson Jr., and Aria S. Jackson (of Union, NJ) two brothers, Petty Officer Darryl K. Jackson(Debbie) of Jacksonville, North Carolina and Sergeant Anthony D. Jackson(Nancy) of Summerville, South Carolina, two sisters, Dr. Jamila A. Jackson of Bernards Township, NJ and Dr. Lateefah M. Jackson of Springfield, NJ, aunts, uncles, a host of nieces and nephews, plus other relatives and friends.
