Christian Kwadjo Larbi, born in Ghana on February 2, 1970. He was the first of four children born to Rev. Vincent Asare Larbi, a Presbyterian Minister and Mrs. Comfort Eugenia Larbi, an educationist (both deceased). Christian was baptized and raised in the Presbyterian church. His love for God was nurtured in the church and through the strict Christian upbringing of his parents. In his later years of life, he served as a Minister at All Nations Church in NJ, USA.
During his formative years, he lived and schooled in different towns in Ghana including New-Tafo Akim, Bunso, Osino and Koforidua. He is an alumnus of Osino Senior High School (O’ Level), Oda Senior High School (A’ Level), Institute of Professional Studies in Ghana, Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom (Diploma in Marketing) and University of Professional Studies (B.Sc. in Marketing).
Chris started his career in Ghana with Schweppes and later Cleaning Masters as a Marketing Manager. His dream to experience “greener pastures” and to ensure a better future for his family led him to travel to South Africa, England and finally United States. Chris was a hardworking man who exceled in his roles with organizations in the United States including J.B Hunt (Transportation Manager), WorldPac (Operations Manager) and most recently with Dawn Foods (Operations Supervisor). His goal was to provide adequately for his family and other dependents.
As a son, husband, father, brother, uncle, co-worker and friend, Chris was deeply devoted to his family and brought great joy to the people he spent quality time with. He was very committed to his children’s interests and was immensely proud of their accomplishments. He set lofty goals for his children, nephews, nieces, and always encouraged people to better themselves. He loved sports, especially soccer and tennis. Arsenal FC has lost a die-hard fan.
Chris was recovering from a short illness, but his health abruptly declined on Thursday February 5, 2026. Family and friends prayed for his recovery, but an Angel of the Lord decided to take him to rest from the pains and sorrows of this world. Chris’ legacy lives on in the family he adored and the countless hearts he touched. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered for the love and light he brought into the lives of all who knew her. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Samuel and Dorothy. He is survived by his wife, Angela, daughters, Nana and Maame and brother, Joseph.
We give thanks to God for the life of Christian Kwadjo Larbi, a man we are proud to call a son, husband, father, brother, uncle, co-worker and friend.
Christian, rest well!
Chris, gone but not forgotten,
