Introduction:  A Funeral Ministry

James Ronald Curry, a former professor of Mortuary science joined the Plinton Funeral Home in 1997.  Since that time Mrs. Plinton has retired, but Mr. Curry has kept his promise to maintain the great legacy established by the Plinton family.  In addition to the Plinton legacy of unparalleled service, we are a funeral ministry embracing diversity, respect, dignity, and compassion regardless of economic status or cultural persuasion.

Purpose

We strongly believe that during the loss of a loved
one, a family must receive the highest degree of
respect, compassion and care.  At the Plinton-Curry
Funeral Homes, Inc. we pay special attention to these
areas.  We believe that a family should not be faced
with the inner wonder of “What do I do now?”
We make arrangements efficiently and our
experienced staff carries out your wishes
expeditiously.  A family deserves to be provided with
a clear understanding of all options available for
preparation of the funeral service.  There are no
limitations when it comes to fulfilling the needs of our
families.

Mission Statement

The Plinton Curry Funeral Homes Inc is dedicated to maintaining the highest standard of professional service.  We will go beyond your expectations to ensure the service you select represents a fitting tribute for the celebration of one’s life.
“No matter your location… When you call- we would be honored to serve!”
We’ve been earning the trust and
                        respect of Union and Middlesex
Counties since 1998.  Now we look
                        forward to extending the same
unsurpassed service to you. As we
prepare to expand to Essex County,
we hope you’ll agree it’s nice to know
that a trusted friend is even closer.
If you’ve been putting off prearranging, take a look
at the benefits –
*Preplanning is a simple thing you can
do to ease the burden on your family
at a difficult time. No other form of
preparation does all of these things:
           Makes Decisions ahead of time
Ensures your wishes are carried out
           Prevents Overspending
Keeps cost at today’s prices when paid
            in advance
We honor Prearrangements made at other
            funeral homes.
Lasting impressions are our first priority.

              A funeral service represents a
              family’s final farewell to their
              loved
one. Knowing this, we go
              beyond
what is expected to
              ensure the
ceremony is beautiful
              and memorable.
A truly fitting
              tribute to the celebration
of that
              special life.
